Customer sovereignty
The core of the AI era is customer sovereignty—data sovereignty and AI sovereignty together.
Data sovereignty means data stays in domain: private deployment and trusted data spaces keep critical industry data on the customer side. We adapt to domestic CPUs including Hygon, Kunpeng, Phytium, and Loongson, and to Kylin and UnionTech UOS, with heterogeneous compute. Security and compliance cover SM-series encryption, data classification, and full audit trails for government, finance, and defense-grade requirements.
AI sovereignty means models stay controllable: from multi-model scheduling to AI-native apps, capability sits on our own foundation. Database kernels and storage engines are self-developed, with IP we own. We support domestic CPUs/GPUs and heterogeneous compute so customers are not locked to a single ecosystem.
Our position: a sovereign data-plus-AI foundation for critical industries—self-developed database kernels plus AI-native applications, fully domestic from data to apps, with data in domain, models under control, and clear ownership.
Product system
Our stack follows data → knowledge → action. One technology line serves five industries, fully self-developed and sovereign.
Data foundation. Antelope Database is the core: one kernel for relational, vector, time-series, document, and graph data, with compute-storage separation, in-database AI, high reliability, and Xinchuang fit—so upper-layer AI has data that is computable and trustworthy.
Models and knowledge. A unified multi-model gateway and orchestration layer (unified access, intelligent routing, tiered scheduling, governed fallback) plus an industry semantic layer that turns domain knowledge, rules, and experience into structured knowledge shared by every application. Outcomes are tuned and accepted against real business data.
AI-native applications. Industry agents and apps including TuringFin research, TuringRAG knowledge bases, the AI trading agent, supervision agents, contract-review agents, and macro-cycle AI—commercially available or ready for POC.
Infrastructure. Domestic CPUs/OS (Hygon, Kunpeng, Kylin, UnionTech), GPU inference acceleration, networking, and storage across the Xinchuang ecosystem.
The layers share one data foundation and model engine: build once, reuse across scenarios, and replicate across industries.
Industries
We serve five industries. Finance: AI research (B2B/B2C), macro-cycle judgment, contract-review agents, and AI trading agents. Industrial internet: process optimization, predictive maintenance, and quality root-cause analysis. Government: grassroots governance agents, case assistance, smart city and data governance, and digital foundations. Mobility: shared e-bike supervision, traffic data, and intelligent dispatch. Energy: energy data analytics and decision support.
Customers & cases
Database and AI solutions are in production at leading accounts.
At GF Securities, the Xinchuang AI trading-instruction module went live in 2025. Institutional AIGC covers 4 directions, 8 scenarios, and 45 requirements. Branch databases hold 400 TB and support 2 million concurrent queries with response under 2.3 seconds. China Southern Airlines uses a situational-awareness platform on our database foundation. China Southern Power Grid, China Telecom, and Jincheng smart city have deployed data governance, digital foundations, and situational awareness.
Foshan Transport Bureau runs the shared e-bike supervision platform (live since 2022, three consecutive service phases, with an AI supervision agent): 125,000+ registered vehicles, 215,000 average daily orders, and a 92.6% parking-compliance rate. Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile has vehicle-management and application big data in production.
Customer value is three-fold: one delivery from data foundation to AI apps; private deployment and Xinchuang compliance; industry-specific scenarios. SaaS is live for trial: TuringFin (turingfin.com) and TuringRAG (rag.turingfin.com).
Our moat
We do not compete as “analytics only” or “models only.” We close a real-time loop of sense, analyze, decide, and act.
The loop starts with data—Antelope Database, commercial, reliable, domestic, and Xinchuang-ready. Knowledge sits in the middle—a vertical LLM platform for scheduling, tuning, and knowledge extraction. Action is the AI-native layer—TuringFin, TuringRAG, and trading agents. Execution feeds back into the data system and iterates.
That loop is the moat: a full stack we own; industry data that improves models; governable agents with humans in the loop, traces, and audit—already proven on AI trading instructions; full-stack domestic and Xinchuang compliance; and measurable ROI in financial risk and compliance, industrial predictive maintenance, and intelligent traffic dispatch.
Delivery & services
Delivery modes match industry constraints. Private deployment keeps data in domain for government, finance, and defense-grade systems. Xinchuang delivery covers Hygon, Kunpeng, Phytium, Loongson, Kylin, and UnionTech UOS, with evaluation passed. Cloud SaaS for TuringFin and TuringRAG supports fast, low-cost trials.
Services span discovery, design, co-development, acceptance, and operations, with local teams, training, and domestic-stack adaptation. We combine packaged products with private customization so teams can go live quickly and iterate.
Principles: determinism first, customer data is never shared, and acceptance is based on business measurement. Support includes 7×24 coverage, remote and on-site service, resident teams, performance work, and training.
Ecosystem & Xinchuang
We adapt across domestic hardware and software: Hygon, Kunpeng, Phytium, Loongson, and Zhaoxin CPUs; Kylin, UnionTech UOS, OpenCloudOS, and Anolis; and GPU acceleration for inference and vector search from vendors such as MetaX and T-Head. Security includes SM-series encryption, data classification, and audit trails for government, finance, and defense-grade needs.
We keep building with domestic chip, OS, and model vendors, and compose the stack to match each customer environment.
